General Terms and Conditions

Our opening minimum order value is £150 (exc. VAT) and each order thereafter will need to reach the minimum £75 (exc. VAT) value.

We have a minimum order quantity of 3 per item unless otherwise stated.

Dreamees products are supplied for retail sale in your shop and on your website only, we currently do not supply online only retailers.

We do not allow Dreamees products to be sold at Papercraft shows, on eBay, Amazon (and other similar websites e.g. Facebook) or resale onto other retailers. Should this affect your plans, please discuss your requirements with us before applying.

The RRP is provided as a recommend retail price for each product.

Delivery

We charge a flat rate of £3.99 for shipping to UK Mainland.

Orders over £200 (inc. VAT) are shipped free of charge to UK Mainland.

Delivery cost to orders outside of the UK mainland will be advised before shipping your order.

Any discrepancies in delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Currency, Taxes & Payment

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (£). All payments are made in pounds sterling, your card provider or bank will exchange the currency, billing you in your own currency.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT charged at 20%.

For orders outside of the UK Dreamees Limited are not responsible for any duties or taxes levied at the entry of the destination country.

All orders are paid for before dispatch – you will be required to pay upon ordering

We accept payment by credit/debit card or bacs transfer.

Reservation of Title

All goods shall remain property of Dreamees Limited until payment is made in full.
